you. are. here.

and this is exactly where we begin!

Maybe you’re not looking for poetry.
Maybe you’re just looking for peace.
A little more clarity.
A little more breath.

That’s where haiku comes in.

It’s not about writing poems.
It’s about learning to see differently -
to pause, notice, and respond with intention instead of reaction.

Live a Haiku Life is for individuals, teams, and leaders who are ready to shift from constant motion into meaningful momentum.

Through one-on-one coaching, team experiences, and mindful leadership workshops, we help you slow down just enough to hear what really matters.

And once you hear it - you know where to go.

WHY PRESENCE?
WHY HAIKU?

Most of us are taught to plan, to push, to perform.
BUT RARELY ARE WE TAUGHT HOW TO PAUSE.
How to notice what’s actually happening inside and around us.

Presence is more than a buzzword.
It’s a way of living with awareness instead of autopilot.
A way of leading from alignment instead of urgency.

Haiku helps us practice this.

In only three lines, haiku teaches us to slow down, observe clearly, and honor the moment for what it is - not what we wish it to be.
It reminds us that clarity doesn’t always come from doing more.
Sometimes, it arrives in stillness.

This simple practice becomes a powerful guide:
in work, in relationships, in decision-making, in leadership.
Because when you learn to see differently, you begin to live differently.

HOW WE WORK TOGETHER

This practice did not begin as a business.

It began as a breath.

During the height of the COVID pandemic, when everything felt uncertain, I stumbled back into something I hadn’t visited in years: haiku.

Not the kind you studied in school, but the kind that quietly saves you.

Each poem became a small anchor in a shifting world. A moment to notice the sunlight on a windowsill, the silence between sounds, the feeling of being fully alive -
if only for a few seconds.

Haiku gave me grounding.
It didn’t change what was happening around me.
It changed how I moved through it.

That experience became the foundation for Live a Haiku Life.

And now, I share that foundation with others - through work that blends mindful awareness, creative reflection, and real-world growth.

We work together in three ways:

QUIET CONTEMPLATIONS
One-on-one coaching for individuals
Personalized, reflective sessions designed to help you move forward with clarity and calm - guided by mindfulness, poetry, and presence.

TEAM EXPERIENCES
Interactive team-building grounded in connection
Gentle, transformative sessions for teams seeking deeper trust, stronger communication, and a shared sense of meaning.

LEADERSHIP WORKSHOPS & RETREATS
Mindful development for leaders and changemakers
Workshops and retreats that help leaders slow down, realign with their values, and lead with greater presence and insight.

WHO IS THIS FOR?

Not everyone is seeking more.
Some are seeking different.

Live a Haiku Life is for individuals who:

Feel overwhelmed by constant motion and are craving pause;

Are navigating change and want to move forward with intention;

Lead others and need space to lead themselves first;

Want more presence and clarity in their personal or professional life;

Are curious about mindfulness but unsure where to begin.

This is for those who want to reconnect with themselves, their teams, their purpose.

You don’t need to be a poet.
You just need to be present.

A single pink flower floating on calm blue water with gentle ripples, under a clear blue sky.

you. are. here.

And now, you know a little more about what that means.
Not just a location, not just a pause - but a presence.

This isn’t about fixing yourself.
It’s about returning.

To what’s real … To what’s quiet … To what you may have forgotten in the noise.

Here, you are not asked to hustle or prove.
You are invited to listen.

to slow down …
to notice ...
to begin again ...
